Alost time for sleep...

I am like a baby, I love going to sleep early.
I'm already in my bed and it's 9:00pm
I'm watching the da Vinci code.

I like this movie. I just wonder where the truth begins and the fiction ends...

So one thing that I did not do is show of my beautiful ring!

So here it is...but it's a crappy photo because my iPhone camera is not the greatest.

And again here is the burger from hell

Hahaha. My tummy
Still feels strange so I had to put it up again.

Anyway I will actually go to sleep soon.

So good night!

It's been one week, and I don't feel good :(

So it is Sunday evening and I am home now. I'm not looking forward to work as usual. Everyday, I think I grow to hate that place just a little more.

It's been one week since Wadey proposed to me. Yey!
And I just love my ring, so shiny.
I am so glad. I know the wedding is long from now. But I just cannot help myself with planning and all that jazz!

Well today actually I did not even look at any wedding stuff.
I just don't feel well. We ate macdonalds before he dropped me off at home. And I think that stupid food gave me diareha. Yes that's right. I wrote that!
Ugh!
I hate when my stomach goes bonkers!
I really hope I feel better soon!
Maybe some family guy will cheer me up.
It always does!
Oh that Stewie Griffin!

That's the big mac from hell!
Lol. Ya now you know what crap i eat sometimes. It's probably bc I haven't eaten it for a while my body is activly trying to get rid of it the fastest way (and of course the most annoying way possible).

Anyway
I will post more often now. Especially since this stuff is so easy on my iPhone.
Thanks Wadey for hooking me up!

Cold, sick and I can't stop thinking about the wedding!

So this is my first blog entry. It took me a while, but finally I am doing it!

I've been pretty sick the last couple days. And today is not much better. I am so cold here at work! But I am much more bored!

So I haven't seen if Wadey wrote anything about our engagement. But if you don't know then well, we're engaged!
Finally! (hee hee)
Man I could not stop bothering him about it. I just simply wanted to be a finacee. I'm not looking to get married right away. Even though I'm so excited to plan the wedding and do all the girly stuff that goes with it!
I've been looking at different wedding dresses for a long time. Now it's becoming a reality!
But before I go nuts an get one. I really have to loose some weight!
Maybe 10lbs wouldn't not hurt!
Even though I've been planning this all along!
Well wadey is calling me I have to go bc apperently thing phone doesn't save the entry if I talk to him

Bye *waves

1.7.10 How to be a truely in business!

I think I cracked the code in how to be successful in business. It's something so easy and simple and I'm pretty sure your moms been telling you this since you could walk. So what is it - organization!

Making a schedule for yourself, having a plan and knowing where everything is, are all the keys to having a successful business. Well that and luck but you can't really control luck.

From now on at the beginning of every week i'm going to set up a weekly schedule for my self on what's coming up. This way I know how to manage my time better. It also allows me to see how much time I'm putting into one task and what I'm neglecting.

It's that simple. At least in my eyes. Once you organize youself everything else should follow.

Let me know what you think.

1.6.10 Why is it so hard to stay focused?

As an entrepeneur I should really be on the ball with everything in my life. Often I feel as though I would rather waste my life away at a mediocre job in an office. Why is it so hard to stay focus on the tasks at hand?

I planned on accomplishing a few things this week related to the business. Most of them pretty important to. Yet I decided to waste my day away searching the Internet for more useless facts. I swear there should be a warning everytime you turn on your browser about potential harm due to surfing random sites. I dare you, one day just go on your computer and look at random sites by just clicking a link. Don't type anything in just links. You'll be amazed at where you end up.

I need to remind myself that if I don't focus on the task at hand then I will never make it in the health & fitness industry. Determination is the only key to success in this life.

Training should go a little smoother tomorrow. I'm still keeping up with the one picture everyday, and will eventually create a time line in which you can seen the progression of my training techniques. Actually tomorrow will be mostly training with 2 hours of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and then 1 hour of lifting. I hope I have enough energy to post tommorrow.

I've procrastinated so much today that I'm writing today's post at 1114pm. Hopefully this will be the lowpoint of my January 2010!

1.5.10 - First Day in the Weight Room - 3 Month Transformation Start!

Today was my first day back in the weight room for the New Year. In order to have my future clients believe in my abilities as a trainer I will be undergoing a 3 Month Transformation in which I will use all my knowledge to develop a more pleasing figure. Every morning before my first meal I will be taking a picture to show the progression through the training. I will also post my training techniques incase anyone would like to follow it. I think this is a great way not only to get myself ready for training this summer but also to show my clients that you aren't just born with great genetics but have to work for every inch.

My lifting schedule today was pretty light. I haven't trained for 3 weeks as due to the winter holidays. So, I decided to target my full body today with a type of warm up routine. I used a light weight for every exercise, in general I try to use the same weight throughout the full routine. Here is the break down:
Warm up - 20 minute Jump Rope
Squats 8 reps x 5 sets
Bench Press 10/8/6/5/5 reps - here I progressively increase the weight
Pull Ups 10 reps x 3 sets
Dead Lifts10/8/5 reps - once again I progressively increased the weight
Cooled down with 15 minutes of Rope with aggressive stretching.

Remember, this was just a workout to ease myself back into weight training after 3 weeks off. The reason I do this is so that my body isn't too fatigued and sore. Otherwise it would hamper my other areas of training - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai.

I personally believe that everyone should do a light full body workout when they first get into the gym as a beginner. This way your body will adapt quicker to the stresses and you won't feel as sore in the beginning weeks.

As well as training today I took the initiative to go to the closes book store and get some anatomy and nutrition textbooks to help me familiarize myself with the information again. To be a successful trainer in this field I think you need to absorb as much knowledge as possible. This way, as a trainer, you can adapt to any client situation and have the right solution or know where to get. Once I finish reading these books I will be sure to write a review a share with you all.

Well, this is another day in the books.

IT'S FREEZING in Toronto and Flooding in Fitness!!! - 1.4.10

It's freezing today. I swear a piece of my cheek is laying on the street somewhere near Bay and Dundas. -12 Celsius with a -21 Windchill! It's amazing that we ever migrated to this land in the first place.

I was thinking today and trying to brain storm ideas for my business and it suddenly hit me - Everything in the Entrepreneurial Market is Flooded. Every sector. The only possibility to get into a niche and call it your own is by merging to pervious ideas into one. Which is a lot easier said then done.

I understand that Canada and North America is considered the land of opportunity but why does it seem that Corporate Canada (and America) always try to keep you down? They call for more Teachers, Nurses and Doctors but those who want a shot at any of those degrees have to fight a continuous up hill battle to not only get in but to find a decent job once they're done - well maybe not so much Doctors.

At least I feel comfortable in the niche I'm in, even though it's just as flooded. The Fitness Industry is being hit with new inventions and creations every day. From new ways of hitting your abdominals (without actually lifting a finger) to protein shakes that will guarantee that you will lose 10lbs in 2 weeks. Everyone seems to be looking for a quick dollar and not really care about how their consumers progress or if they even reach their goals. This is what the main problem is with the fitness industry. This is exactly why I feel so comfortable in my spot. I truly believe that I'm bringing something new to the table for many prospective fitness enthusiasts out there.
